Built work
Structures already in operation
Buildings, warehouses, and institutional spaces raised across Baja California. Each entry lists steel gauge, span, and real build time.
Our Track Record in Baja California
Real projects delivered under budget, featuring high-spec steel modular construction.

SECTOR: Electronics manufacturer
Manufacturing Plant with Clear-Span Arch
Clear-span arch structure over the production floor, with no interior columns to obstruct the line layout. The envelope combines an insulated roof system with active ventilation to keep interior temperature stable.

SECTOR: Logistics and distribution operator
Modular Warehouse Development
A series of modular arch warehouses with roll-up doors, paved maneuvering yard, and perimeter access control. Each unit is delivered ready to operate, built on a slab with perimeter footings.

SECTOR: Private school
Arch Roof Over a School Sports Court
Arch cover spanning the full width of the court with no intermediate columns, so play is never obstructed. It shades the surface from direct sun and protects it from rain while keeping the sides open for cross ventilation.

SECTOR: Agro-industrial export company
Storage Buildings for Agro-Industrial Export
Coastal environments accelerate corrosion in conventional steel. This project uses aluminum-zinc coated sheeting suited to salt-air exposure, with clear-span interiors that leave the floor free for handling equipment.
